KRMG’S DAN POTTER HOST OF “OKFOODIE” & CHEF AMANDA SIMCOE

And Chef JENNIFER SPEARS will team up to prepare an unforgettable five course meal using Oklahoma’s Spring Harvest of local meat, produce and dairy. Served with all local wines, at Tulsa’s Akdar Shine Center.  Weather permitting dinner will be served under the open sky in the courtyard. Proceeds benefit the Tulsa Akdar Shrine Center and their ongoing efforts to help the local children receive their medical miracles.

Green Pea Soup with Coriander Cream

Oklahoma Mixed Grill of Braised Pork Belly and New Strip

Served with fresh Morels

Grilled Pound Cake with fresh Strawberries and Brandied Cream
